The best and worst parts
The hotel boasts a stunning historical architecture! with a fantastic central location close to many attractions.
Service fell short in many areas—most notably, inconsistent staff friendliness and long waits for room service.

great size but lacked modern touches
The room size was generous, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably. The staff were consistently friendly and eager to help, making us feel welcomed.
The suite felt dated and could benefit from some modern upgrades.

The hotel had stunning architecture with its double-sided marble staircase and beautiful chandeliers, creating an elegant atmosphere that was very easy to navigate, making my stay comfortable as a senior traveler.
More accessible seating options would be appreciated.

We enjoyed visiting downtown Tulsa, catching live music and grabbing bites at the farmers market. The hotel had a stunning decor, making it a charming spot. Plus, the coffee shop was a highlight for the whole family, serving delicious treats and drinks.
My kids wished the staff were more attentive. A better setup for families would make this a more welcoming place.

A splendidly restored example of Art Deco architecture, this historic hotel boasts very nice linens and a well-modernized shower. While the prices were reasonable for the quality, the lack of nighttime dining options was disappointing. The staff was friendly and attentive, making up for the inconvenience. Perfect for a unique stay, especially for those who enjoy a hint of spookiness from its old-world charm.

Had an amazing time with friends! The rooftop bar was a highlight with great views. We visited the Brady Arts District for live music and the farmers market, both were a blast. The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. Just a note for future guests, parking is valet only, which can be less convenient.
We had some delays getting into our room, probably due to shift changes. This put a bit of a damper on our arrival.

The room was spacious and had a really nice layout. I loved the walk-in shower—it felt like a little luxury. The views from the corner room were amazing, sweeping across the city. Everything was clean, and it just had a classy vibe. However, I did wish they had more kitchen supplies for the suite. It was a bit odd not having the basics like silverware.

This place suits me perfectly. The wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center provide everything I need. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted my old parents, which I appreciated. Highly recommend checking their menu in advance!

missingWrote a review on Jun 30breathtaking viewsart deco architecturevalet service
The rooftop views provide a breathtaking backdrop, perfect for an evening drink. The stunning architecture reflects a unique Art Deco restoration, adding character to the stay.
While the atmosphere is impressive, some aspects of the stay felt lacking. The valet service can be a challenge. I waited too long in line, and it seemed poorly coordinated, which could be frustrating after a long trip. The dining options in-house felt limited, especially at peak times when restaurants were busy. Additionally, the noise from the hallways was a bit intrusive late at night, disrupting a peaceful rest.
